Based on the Advanced Business Communication Programme, it focuses on:

• getting your message across so that it is remembered
• acquiring and using the learning styles of your audience
• creating a two-way communication with your audience
• using a totally new way to give a ‘briefing’
• writing and presenting commercial proposals that work
