- Trevor Wilkins

- Trevor Wilkins BSc is the Principal of Holis Associates, after enjoying 35 successful years in Sales, Business Development and Military Service. As a result of this experience, he has extensive and very practical insight into why people buy and (more importantly) don’t buy ideas, products and services in Finance, Software, Telecommunications and General Markets. He believes deeply that a candid understanding of the ’sales truths’ that underpin a company is essential for commercial success. This is true for front line sales & sales support staff, and also for everyone from the receptionist to the head of R&D. He’s also frequently seen and managed the results of the fear that too often underlies many sales and management failures over the years.
- Now based out of Ottawa, Ontario, in Canada, but working all over North America and Europe, he’s been strongly motivated to develop the BCI Programme™ . This is a series of Sales Communication Training workshops that very effectively address this massive and usually unacknowledged problem. Empowering sales and presales teams to sell more, quicker and more easily, his BCI Programme™ workshops also make sales fundamentals accessible and applicable to everyone in a company - driving improvements in productivity &profitability everywhere. His workshops are based on practical research in cognitive & behavioural psychology, underpinned by extensive practical commercial experience as a Master Practitioner of NLP - much used by companies in the UK & European markets where he certified.
- His approach to Sales Training and to all aspects of Business Communication, is energetic, enjoyable and, above all, practical. In his workshops, he and the other Holis coaches facilitate the huge change in performance that his clients want to achieve - whilst at the same time ensuring they enjoy the experience. In his individual Sales Consultancy assignments, he is relentless in searching for the truths underlying a commercial problem and always positive and creative in his solutions.
- Trevor has moved from sales bag carrier to Sales Director to Managing Director; in companies ranging from personal ownerships to NASDAQ startups to Europe’s largest financial software consultancy. He’s thus comfortable working at many levels, so his down-to-earth approach works for absolutely everyone.

- In the military, he was a Degree-qualified Engineer, Staff and then IT trained and led operational teams to success both in peacetime and in combat. In commerce, he has used his commercial and sales education to extend this energy to lead his sales and marketing teams to success all over the world.

- Roger Ellerton

- Roger Ellerton PhD CMC is passionate about helping others achieve what they desire in life. A successful businessman, tenured university professor at the University of New Brunswick, and Canadian federal government executive, he has helped individuals from all walks of life and all ages to learn, to address challenges at work and at home, to be themselves and to get more of what they desire in life.
- The founder and managing partner of Renewal Technologies, a company providing management of change and personal growth consulting, coaching, public speaking and training services, Roger is now an associate of Holis Associates. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified NLP Trainer who has been delivering NLP training up to Master Practitioner since 1996. Listed in the International Who’s Who in Education, Roger has clients from all over Canada and the rest of the world. He is the author of several highly successful books including Live Your Dreams - Let Reality Catch Up and several CDs and audiotapes.
- Roger’s academic clarity and deep understanding of NLP and many other aspects of cognitive and behavioural psychology bring an extra ‘edge’ to our team. His presence ensures that all Holis students will only take away repeatable, well proven and securely grounded techniques for use in commerce generally and sales in particular.

- Eve Luecke
- Eve is a retired senior military officer with 25 years of experience and success in progressively more demanding and responsible environments. During this time she acquired her expertise in leadership, team facilitation, instruction, and HR management. These challenges collectively nourished the development of the strong communication and influence skills that she now brings to Holis Associates.
- She is a robust proponent of teamwork and open interaction, using clear precision questioning to effectively lead people in demanding operational environments. A recognized expert in strategic exercise design and development, Eve now uses her passion and skills at the RCMP as their National Exercise Coordinator, where every single day, she uses her ability to create effective two-way connections in a complex setting.
- Eve has a BA in Psychology, is a certified NLP Practitioner, and is presently completing her qualification as a Master Practitioner.

- Fred Gedling - Chief Technology Associate

- As one of the original inspirers of the Holis ABC Sales Programme, Fred is a key Associate even whilst being based out of the UK. He has always had the ambition to be an astronaut and it is no surprise therefore that he has a degree in astrophysics and has undertaken postgraduate studies in theoretical physics. He has also subsequently lectured at CERN, his Alma Mater.
- After many years developing defence and business solutions at Logica, Fred transferred his talent to business and now brings three successful decades of Technical Sales, Development and Support experience to our team. As a Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer on the Leadership team of a $multi-million IT company in the United States, Fred keeps Holis Associates firmly in touch with the day-to-day solution selling challenges of pre-sales, sales support and business analysts in the real world. As a result, his contribution to our offerings has been and continues to be invaluable in keeping our ideas and offerings fresh.
- Fred brings a unique blend of technical, NLP and commercial knowledge to assist in the development of many of our techniques. In particular his relentless drive to get to the real business drivers behind an apparently ‘cool’ technical function has often driven him to utter the immortal words “So What?….”

- Greg Leis

- Greg is an enthusiastic student of people and his passion is to be the best coach possible. He is a senior military officer with over 24 years of leadership experience - as an Air Force experimental test pilot, a former commanding officer. As a veteran of the first Gulf War, he has had the opportunity to experience and evaluate the best and worst of human behaviour under a wide variety of stress levels. As a result, there is little in the way of dealing with commercial stress that would leave Greg short of techniques to deal with it.
- Greg is currently a long-term strategic planner for the Air Force and brings a unique perspective to the Holis team. Every day, he uses precisely the same precision questioning and active listening techniques that he coaches in our workshops. Two way communication is used both upwards and downwards to manage and influence his bosses and those who work for him. Despite pre-conceived ideas about service life, Greg is living proof that communication is indeed a two way street - even in the military.
- He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, a Masters Degree in Defence Studies, and is a graduate of the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College.
